They join the existing cohort of 34 Everyday Africa photographers (i was going to suggest listing all of them too, as it feels odd that they aren’t listed anywhere public, but 34 is a long list). <maybe mention the countries that we now have people that we did not before? Libya, South Sudan, Algeria, Angola, Morocco>

Additionally, three new photographers will be contributing to Everyday Africa through our partners at Everyday Egypt:

Fatmah Fahmy | Sabry Khaled | Salih Basheer

and three new photographers from our partners at Everyday Zimbabwe:

Chinula Mandla | Jekesai Njikizana | Steven Chikosi

Welcome, all!

question on APJD, acknowledge them in some way? some of the photographers below listed APJD in their bios and i cut it, let’s acknowledge them right up at the top instead?

Our photographers contribute to the @everydayafrica Instagram feed and work together to produce our group exhibitions, publications, and special projects.

For a larger database of African photographers working across the continent, please check out the African Photojournalism Database (APJD), our project with partners World Press Photo. The APJD includes hundreds of working professionals – visit APJD.org or contact africa@everydayprojects.org / apjd@worldpressphoto.org >
